So RSS stands for Really Simple Stupid? Rapid Sports Stories? Read Some Stuff? Oh it's something about Syndication. Ever wonder why people feel the need to be funny when they blog in their blogs? I do and I don't know why they do. If you're still reading this you have less to do right now than I did when I wrote this. Actually I have a lot I should be doing and this is just enabling the chronic procrastinator in me... thanks a lot Ai.
So I set up an RSS account with Google since I already have a Google account and I try to keep the amount of usernames I belong to at a minimum. Don't you just hate when your preferred username is taken? I mean, how many nickolasvincent's are there? Or when they make you add numbers? That really grinds my gears. Sorry, I'll try to focus here. I am looking forward to being able to click on that little RSS icon I see everywhere although I don't know how useful this will be for me.
This will be helpful for checking the blogs that I follow - a number that is growing. Aside from the blogs my usual web stops are always being updated; news, sports, the Onion and so on. I'll probably get click happy every time I see that icon and I will soon find out if RSS is Really Simply Stupid or Really Something Special. I'll address this in future blogs. Bloggity blog blog.
